Overview

New Door Investments, led by founder Mir, needed scalable lead generation for off-market properties. Traditional real estate marketing was too slow, too expensive, and too dependent on hand-shot photography that took weeks to produce. Mir needed a system that could capture stunning property visuals fast (without hiring freelancers), turn those visuals into ad-ready creative, run targeted ad campaigns at low daily spend, and deliver leads directly into a manageable funnel. We built it end-to-end in three weeks. Drone capture (we own the equipment, Part 107 certified), AI video generation from the footage optimized for Facebook and Reels, targeted Facebook campaigns at $30/day, and automated lead capture flowing directly into Mir's CRM with SMS/email follow-up.
