Folds of Grace

Overview

Folds of Grace is a faith-based laundry pickup and delivery service across the southern DFW metroplex. They pick up bagged laundry from the front porch, wash and fold it (covering the home or business in prayer in the process), and return it within 24-48 hours. Their model also creates flexible income for stay-at-home moms in the community — "Folders" who handle laundry from their own homes. Folds of Grace was scaling fast across Midlothian, Waxahachie, Mansfield, Arlington, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Fort Worth, Burleson, and Mesquite — with a growing network of Folders, customers, and pickup routes. But operations were running on disconnected tools: spreadsheets, calendar invites, group texts, manual dispatch. Dana Foster, the founder, was spending too much time on logistics and not enough time growing the business. Their existing site captured the heart of the brand but wasn't optimized for conversion or local SEO across the 10+ cities they serve.
