Welcome Series (5 emails). New subscribers receive a structured onboarding sequence that builds brand affinity, educates on products, and drives the first purchase.

Campaign Strategy

Beyond automated flows, we ran targeted campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, and inventory priorities. Each campaign was segmented by purchase history, engagement level, and browsing behavior. We never sent the same email to everyone.

The Results
